You may request the closure of your 22niceph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 22niceph login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

22niceph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, and PNB. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted for deposits. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
22niceph does not accept credit cards for gambling deposits, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are not accepted.
